What are you leaving on the table?
Three numbers, sixty seconds. I'll show you what unanswered enquiries are plausibly costing you, and how many staff hours are going into handling the ones you do answer.
Calls, WhatsApp messages and web forms. Everyone who reaches out. A rough count is fine.
What one patient is typically worth across a year — all visits, procedures and tests combined.
Anyone who answers the phone or replies to messages, even if it is only part of their job.
These numbers are a worked example for this sector. Edit any number above to use your own.
Based on your numbers
₹6,90,000
conservative estimate of the first-year revenue from customers you would have won over the next twelve months, lost to enquiries that never get a timely reply.
Expected: ₹9,70,000 · Optimistic: ₹12,00,000
That is about 4.8 customers a month slipping past you.
40 hours a month go into handling enquiries manually — 20 hours per person.
Missed and unanswered enquiries are exactly what Missed Call & Enquiry Responder is built to catch — from ₹50,000. See what it does.
Here is exactly how we got there. Change anything that does not match your business.
Our assumption — adjust to your business
Anywhere from 10% to 35%.
Our assumption — adjust to your business
Anywhere from 20% to 45%.
Our assumption — adjust to your business
Anywhere from 4 to 15.
The three figures above are yours to set. The fourth — how many missed enquiries a fast response would actually have saved — is where the range comes from. I use 25% for the conservative figure, 35% for expected and 45% for optimistic. Nobody has measured this properly in any market, so I have kept the spread deliberately tight.
Where these numbers come from
They are my estimates, not published research.
I went looking for hard Indian data on missed enquiries and found none worth citing. Almost every statistic circulating on this topic comes from companies selling the solution, and traces back to a handful of small overseas studies from 2011 to 2016. The most-quoted figure of all rests on 85 American businesses observed for thirty days in 2016.
So I have not dressed my assumptions up as research. I set them from operating experience, I show every one of them, and you can replace them with your own. Change all three to your actual figures and the result stops being my estimate and becomes your arithmetic.
The range is deliberately narrow. A calculator that tells you the answer is somewhere between ₹2 lakh and ₹18 lakh is not telling you anything.
The number is the easy part.
Whether it's worth fixing depends on where the enquiries actually leak, which channel they arrive on, and what your team is doing instead. That takes a conversation, not a calculator.
